Students who are currently enrolled are not required to pay another registration fee in 2026.

Annual fees for 2025 are to be settled prior to the 2026 school year. We hope that parents will take advantage of this offered discount. Parents who have two or more children in Garden Road School receive a sibling discount – please refer to the Fees chart. This discount does not apply to discounted annual fees.

Invoices are due upon receipt and must be settled by the last day of the month. For instance, if you receive an invoice dated February 1, payment is required by January 31. Should the payment not be made by this deadline, an interest charge of 2.5% will be incurred. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring timely payment of the amount specified in your statement. Proof of payment is not necessary since bank statements reflect payments.

Monthly Payments: 10 equal monthly instalments must be made in advance by the first day of the month (January – October). Payments are due and payable in full irrespective of attendance due to illness, school holidays, etc. Students enrolled after January will automatically default to 12-month enrolment.

Monthly Payments: 11 equal monthly instalments must be made in advance by the first day of the month (January – November). Payments are due and payable in full irrespective of attendance due to illness, school holidays, etc. Students enrolled after January will automatically default to 12-month enrolment.

Monthly Payments: 12 equal monthly instalments must be made in advance by the first day of every month (January – December). Payments are due and payable in full irrespective of attendance due to illness, school holidays, etc.

Should you wish to change your payment method in the middle of the school year, please notify the Garden Road School office in advance in writing to the Office Manager. A minimum of one calendar months’ notice is required.

Withdrawal of Students – A full term’s notice is required before a student is withdrawn from Garden Road School. If this is not given, parents will be liable for a term’s fees instead of the notice period.

After-care, late collection, etc, fees are due for payment upon receipt of the month’s invoice; thereafter, all outstanding balances will attract a 2.5% interest charge.

Children not collected by the stipulated time will be charged a late collection penalty fee of: R50 per 15 minutes late. This amount will be invoiced at month-end.

Parents are kindly requested to only drop off their children from 07:00 and not earlier. Some of our staff arrive early; this is their time to settle themselves and prepare for the day.

Registration Fee is non-refundable and is payable upon submission of application forms together with the Annual Education Levy.

Fees include a Healthy mid-morning/afternoon snack and cooked vegetarian lunch. Menu will be included with the welcome letter in 2026.
